Good day everyone!
Yesterday I got a pair of Audio-Technicas ATH M40x And I'm pretty happy about my purchase so far, I heard a lot of good word about them and I already had a pair of AD700x so I thought that they will complement them very well, when I need some sound isolation.
However, I have a pretty big head, almost every headphone I worn had to be fully extended to even put them on and it often wasn't enough, that was one reason why I picked AD700x in past :D.
This means that M40x can sit comfortably on my head but only when extended completely and the headband seem to pretty stretched out.
There is no smooth arch on the pleader part of the headband as it slightly dips on both ends which concerns me whether I might break or damage them over time by using them like that.
I would be happy to learn about your experience and thoughts about wearing a pair of Audio-Technica M series(or similar) pair of headphones. Do any of you always wear all of your headphones fully extended or even stretched?
I wonder how many people is in similar situation ;).
