I am looking to spend $200-500 USD

I will be plugging these into a custom built pc or 3rd gen ipod

I want a lot of isolation for my music, and I do not want noise leakage

I am looking for full size, over the ear headphones

I prefer low tones and lots of bass

I mainly listen to rock music, occasionally folk rock

I am truly a novice audiophile, my best headphones are $20 skullcandy buds.
