Hello folks,

I am writing this post because this map is coming to and end. As you know, the rules will change a lot and that's why we are undergoing some changes too, to keep our position on top of this server. I have heard that the maximum membercount in the faction will be limited to 8. I really like that, because I think it will help factions to think about their members a bit more. In addition, the statistics for small factions like us will be more comparable. Right now we have 8 active members in Strawhats and we manage to keep up in stats with factions like hypnotoad or baddies who have 20 members or more. The next upcoming change will be the perms of allied factions, as a result I think many factions will be more reluctant to ally. Right now Strawhats is allied with more than 10 factions...this will most definitely not work in the future.

This had lead me to a decision, which is - I want a second team of Strawhats! The first team is 90% completed already, filled with good players and that's what I want for this new team. I have already talked to some up and coming platers, but I'll still have open slots for the new map.

I will provide requirements for applying members:

• Be an active player.
• You should have a positive Kill/Death ratio (If you don't have it, work on it.), preferably 3:1 or 2:1. Our average right now is about 3.6:1
• You should have an extra life or two to keep power up.
• You should have Skype and Mumble and a working mic/headset.
• And last but not least, be good mannered (respect, patience, etc.)

It's NOT important what faction you're currently in, all applicants will be considered subjectively and without bias.

I don't want any offers of people betraying their factions as payment to join us - I really don't like things like that. That's the reason why I'm trying to make this clean cut between maps, where anyone can choose freely what they want to do and who they wanna play with! And we can offer u a good workin, skilled, funny and trustworthy faction to hang out with :)
