I am a subscriber to HBO NOW. I own a roku. It still works. But I can't stream on my phone. The HBO NOW app changed to HBO Max. And for the first 30 days it worked... Until it didn't.
They charged me automatically for HBO now... And now the only way I can watch it is on my roku. If I try the app it tells me they don't support my provider.
I used the customer support contact chat to tell them of my problem to see if there was a resolution and I spent two hours waiting for a response and I didn't get one. It keeps asking if I want the chat to be sent to my email and it asks "yes" or "no" and I can't click either one. I've tried over a dozen times. I just wanna keep watching Westworld but I'm not at home so I don't have my Roku.
Fuck HBO. I can only watch it on devices I don't have and that automatically charged me for it. At the very least if they're gonna charge me for Now I should also get access through my EMAIL for Max. It shouldn't register it through ROKU. that's so dumb.
Anyone else having this problem?
