Hi everybody. First post here, but hopefully not my last. I visited Miami a few months ago but I didn’t know about this community until recently (probably would have helped if I had). I had a mixed experience. I came during hurricane season, so that obviously didn’t help. As my name suggests, I’m introverted by nature. I am pretty shy as well. But I love the thought of a nude beach. I loved the feeling of freedom. However, I was very, very anxious. I really wanted to meet people and talk, but it didn’t quite work out that way. The few people I approached were not very friendly…do you mind/like being approached at the beach (nude)? If so, what would you like someone to say? If for example you’re a naked woman, would you feel uncomfortable if a naked man approached you? I was hoping to meet people to spend time with on the beach and not be alone. This was my first solo trip and I definitely learned a lot, but approaching people at the beach is something I still haven’t quite figure out and don’t have the opportunity to practice… I’m new to Reddit, newer to solo traveling, and I’m not sure how much info to post on this, but…I’m hoping to come back to Haulover this month or next and would love to have someone/some people to talk and hangout with if anyone wants to message and or comment or however this works. I have more to say/ask, but I should probably save it or make a future post. Happy to share more about myself and hoping to get to know some of you!
