Run IO every day, week and month

I have three IO’s to be run every day, week and month respectively. Could you propose me some (idiomatic?) solutuon to schedule them? For the first one I use threadDelay with the difference between: number of seconds in the day and number of seconds from midnight.

If someone really wanted to keep it all in Haskell though, looks like there's a(t least one) cron library..
