[bug report] Zoom in effect gets stuck

I can't really trigger it, but it has happen to me about 4 times in 30 hours game time. The zoom in effect would initiate, and would get stuck there, so all you can see is half a screen.
Eventually, it would zoom back out to normal, but I don't know if it is because I did something, or it just return to normal after a while, but it is at least 30 seconds to 1 minute before it returns to normal.
