Opinion: Rune Factory 4 or SOS: FOMT?

Both are on sale on Amazon in USA right now. RF4 is $25 and SOS:FOMT is $20. I don't see myself finishing both before Olive Town comes out, so I'd like to just get one. Which do you recommend?
Edit: I went with FOMT because I needed a bit of simple joy in my life, and realized I didn't want anything like a dungeon crawler. I've been really enjoying it. :) I might try the RF series at some point, just not yet. Thanks for all the opinions!
