I was in the waiting room 20 minutes early both days (today and presale). No luck on presale day. Then today I was in the queue with 2000 people ahead of me, despite being there 15 minutes early. Fine. I get to the front and whoops your queue is no longer valid. I am not logged in on another device. I have to start over, re-verify, back to 2000 people ahead of me, and this shit happens AGAIN.

Finally a third time I finally get to the tickets screen only to have there be all of 2 ticket bundles available.

Like I get that they want to be careful for scalpers, etc, but here I am trying to legitimately buy these, and hey guess what ticketmaster, the tickets are already on sale on stubhub for 3x what they cost.

what a disappointment.
