How's your Open Skiving Snackboxes from fortresses going? Any luck?

Just curious, as OrangeWizard2019 said there would be an increased chance of snackboxes from WOWW runestones. I have done about 30 WOWW runestones today (energyless prof grind) and gotten zero snackboxes. Plenty of trains, signs, etc...but no snackboxes. Is it possible the "increased chance" is actually not happening?
