So a pretty long time ago I read a FanFic where Ron gets with Hermione during their sixth year, but Hermione cheats on Ron with Harry, causing Ron to leave Hogwarts. Harry and Hermione realize soon after that they have no feelings for each other. Ron comes back but he’s cold and indifferent, he has no emotions and is pretty much soulless. He’s super powerful now and has a wand that rivals and is maybe even more powerful then the elder wand. Later on in the story we find out that Hermione didn’t cheat on Ron purposefully, we find out that some otherworldly being/ force made her and Harry get together so Ron would become what he was. Ron climbs some massive mountain to get to the tree that he makes his wand out of. I don’t know if anyone else knows of this fic or if it was just some fever dream but I feel like I remember too much for this fic not to be real. Hopefully you guys can help, thanks!
