So im rewatching the series, currently on Order of the Phoenix. Luna said that only people who have seen death can see them. But why couldn't Harry see them before? His mother was right infront of him when she died so im assuming that even though he didn't understand what happened Harry still saw his mother die. Any ideas or is that just a plot hole?
