With a memory charm could you add memories of classes or even studying? You could upload all someone needed to know about a subject in just a few minutes.
Even if it didn't work for practical things like magic or math it could still work for pure information subjects like basic science (like primary school science) and history. Maybe this is why those classes don't exist in Hogwarts, you just get it uploaded when you leave.
