Harry pays a Galleon for two cups of coffee while Hermione pays a single Knut for a copy of the Daily Prophet

In OoP, Harry and Cho go on their disastrous date to Madam Puddlefoot's. When Cho storms out, Harry quickly pays.
"He threw a Galleon down onto the table, shook pink confetti out of his eyes, and followed Cho out of the door" (OoP 563).
In the next chapter, Hermione pays the owl for her copy of the Prophet; "She gave the delivery owl a Knut, and unfolded the paper eagerly..." (OoP 578).
This is just funny to me that Harry payed so much for coffee. I guess he's just a really generous tipper.
