Two questions.
Post Body
1) I never understood how Draco Malfoy was meant to be the true owner of the Elder Wand? I got how Harry got it, but not how Draco did.
2) In the Triwizard Tournament, why was Krum bewitched? I can gather that it was a Imperius Curse maybe, but why?

To fully answer #2 because people are leaving out one of the most important parts: Barty Crouch JR imperiused Krum to attack Cedric so they would both be out of the way and Harry would get to the cup first.
