If you were to change something (major or minor) from the books for the HBO series, what would you change?

I know this isn't anything new, but for me, I would make it so that there's at least one or two (or more) friendly Slytherin students and then of course some mean/bad students from all the other houses. Obviously Cho's friend from book 5 would be considered one of the bad non-slytherin characters,nbut there's very little interaction with that character and only in book 5.
