Why did anyone go back to Hogwarts in Harry’s 7th year?

Post Body
In HBP, (at least in the movie, I’m assuming also in the book; I haven’t read it in a while), Ron says that Molly considered not sending her kids to Hogwarts in Ron’s 6th year. If she was considering it then, shouldn’t she have been absolutely against sending Ginny there in The Deathly Hallows, with Dumbledore dead and Snape as headmaster? I believe Seamus almost got sent home because of Sirius in PoA, and even if not, isn’t it just common sense?
