Super high rewards with certain validators?

Hey guys sorry for the newbiness but I decided to stake with the ONE browser extension, and am now in the process of picking validators. I know they're all elected (as far as I can see/would want to use) My question is why/how some validators have insanely high rewards- DK Validator has 47% expected rewards right now and hank the crank has 39.88%. Can someone explain why I shouldn't delegate to them/how this is or isn't a scam? I just don't get it. Thanks!
