Recommendations for a Harmonica set.

Hi all,
I'm looking to buy a set of harmonicas for my wife's upcoming birthday. She has really taken to the one she's had for a while, but would like to be able to accompany me on more of my songs (on guitar - largely Bob Dylan, Neil young etc).
Any recommendations? And would a blues harp set be sufficient for this style? I know that Bob Dylan used/uses Marine Band harps - would a blues set hold her back at all? She seems to have a knack for it, but is still very much a beginner.
Any help appreciated!
