How would one play this harmonica solo?

Is a diatonic harmonica used in this song? Or a chromatic? Also, there's a part of the harmonica solo at 1:50 where the harmonica plays Eb-F-Eb really quickly, but looking at a diagram of a diatonic harmonica, this would require to draw hole 4, blow hole 5 and draw hole 4 again really quickly. How do I even do that?
