For Christmas I am going to make someone a little emulation box and wanted to start here before heading to ebay. Any kind of smallish PC will fit my purpose, so I'll hear you out on whatever you have. Would prefer to be able to get gamecube and ps2 running decently so ideally this machine has a low end gpu or the ability for me to add one. But if it's cheap enough something like a 7th gen intel or 2400g or the like is acceptable. Doesnt need to have storage at all, i have a drive im gonna throw in it.

Would love to keep this under $300 for something with a gpu and under $150 for something without one.
