Selling a brand new CoolerMaster Evo 212. $20 Pick up, $25 Shipped

Images If you want me to take off the wrapping to prove it's a grey label, let me know.
/u/weirdmaniac has shown interest in the PSU
I am in the process of building my first PC ever. I was overzealous in the beginning of the purchasing process when I was still unsure what I wanted to build. The case and PSU both had a rebate on them which made me purchase them right away. Couple weeks later I have tweaked my part list and I went from thinking about purchasing a i5 8400 and a GTX 1060 to buying an i5 8600k and a EVGA GTX 1080. I've read online that my PSU should easily be able to handle this setup, but I would prefer to get a gold certified PSU.
I already submitted my UPC code to Corsair for the rebate and they refuse to cancel it and send me back the UPC because apparently they shred them as soon as they are processed. I cannot return the PSU to Newegg without the code.
Live in North NJ and work in NYC if you would like to pick it up in person.
PC I'm building if you are interested.
Thanks!
