[USA-IN] [H] Paypal/Local Cash [W] 8gb DDR4, Skylake/Kabylake budget CPU, mITX motherboard, for NAS build
Post Body

Hey Hardware Swap,

I’m planning a NAS build, I've tentatively picked out these components on pcpartpicker. Aside from the hard drives and the mini-ITX form factor, it has ended up being more a budget than premium build.

I thought I might see if anyone here was willing to sell some of the stuff I’m more flexible:

  1. RAM: Looking for 8gb DDR4 and beyond that whatever is cheap. Mild preference for 1x8gb over 2x4gb. Pending transaction.
  2. CPU: I’m looking for a Skylake/Kabylake* budget CPU with a passmark ~4000 or more. Probably a Pentium, or a generously priced i3. I picked the Pentium G4560 for the purpose of the pcpartpicker, but I’d consider similarly spec’d CPUs (G4620, G4600, i3 6100 to name a few). Ended up buying new for $54 on sale. Comps on this subreddit are $45 or slightly higher and I was worried the sale would run out!
  3. Motherboard: I’m looking for a mITX ‘board that is compatible with both Skylake and Kabylake processors* (either out of the box compatible, or one with an updated bios). Most importantly I’m looking for one with at least 6 SATA ports. Long shot since there seems to only be a few options based on pcpartpicker.

*If you have both a motherboard and cpu you’re willing to bundle that meets the other specs, then I don’t mind if it’s not Kabylake/Skylake.

Let me know if you have anything you’re willing to sell! I’m local to 46635.
