I have bought two successful items from /r/hardwareswap already (1TB HDD and a Monitor).

My list in specifics in order of priority:

~~$250 7970 or similar card, I pefer Sapphire/ASUS/MSI~~
<$30 CPU Cooler , I prefer similar products to the Hyper212
~~<$40 Windowed Case (I can get a NZXT Source 210 windowed for $32 right now)~~
will pay a little extra ($5) for 8GB USB or Case fan shipped along with any of these items.
