The cooler was never used. In the pictures, you'll see some slightly bent fins on the radiator from when I tried to see if it would fit it in a buddy's new PC. Spoiler alert: it didn't. Very minor, can be fixed if you care to. Everything is there, from brackets to manual plus original box and packing material. Asking $100 local, $115 shipped OR in willing to trade for it. I've got an AM4 machine (R5 3600) that I would like to give a boost to with Dragon Age coming up. So if you have a CPU that would be an improvement for around that price I would entertain that. I'm also looking for a pair of CPUs, matching, as part of Christmas build I'm putting together for my two sons first PCs. so if you've got potential trades for that I'm also open.
