Looking for a pair of cheap laptops to send to Africa.

The non-profit that I work for is trying to send a few laptops to our staff in Africa. Cheap is more important than new or fast. We wouldn't mind a refurbished model, but would definitely like it to last years rather than months. I've been told that dell's refurb site and Tiger Direct might be the best options. Are there any other places out there I should be looking?
