I found a stretch that really helps!! But I might be wrong.

I recently started sitting flat on my but with my legs straight out in front of me. And while in this position I reach out and touch my toes. After I do this and hold a few time, my penis goes back to normal flaccid. Almost immediately. But after a while it gets firm in its flaccid state again. Is this stretch helping me? Should I do it every day? Or does the fact that it firms back up mean it's not doing anything??
