Nerve damage from cystoscopy with local anesthetic

Had the procedure done 3 years. My entire penis still feels numb. Suspensory ligament feels tight. Corpus spongiosum seems to be nerve damaged as my head doesn’t fill up with blood all the way when erected. Not sure what type of imaging testing I should get but any advice is much appreciated.
