Help hanging pre hung door on 1930 unconventional house.

There's no frame, as you can tell, no room to add a frame, can't cut the tile and can't go with a smaller door.
Have the new door in but can't get the jamb level and the door true as there's nothing to really go off of. Running out of shims and ideas.
