I'm a handyman and new to Atlanta. I've been checking out gigs and jobs on Craigslist just to keep the lights on while I build a client base.
This ad was on Craigslist. $19/hr for a full time handyman 1099. No benefits, no overtime, possible weekends (which means weekends) and no truck, mileage or tool allowance.
On top of that they want experience in electrical, plumbing AND HVAC. I sent them an email, I hope they read it. Atlanta is not a cheap city, by anyone's standards. Chick FIL A is paying $17/hr and starbucks is paying $18 right near my place.
How crazy is this?
