first luxury bag pls help

These are the ones I like (I like Loewe Flamenco the MOST because it can fit lots of things)

but I really want something that can be dressed up or down (chanel19, fendi) and i really like back pockets (chanel19, dior). My only 'luxury' bag I have right now is Braun Buffel's hobo bag in black, and that already looks casual..

I am also concerned about chanel19's weight

I have not tried these in store yet. Any suggestions? Or if anyone had any of this and love/regretted it? I would like to hear your thoughts :(
