I have a hamster living with me for a little while not sure how long but I already had a cage from my old hamster that was recommended on here. I tried to put her in the cage and she screamed like a banshee and then she jumped which scared the life out of me and ended up in my room so I'm lookall over for her. She was under my bookcase. So I move the book cade and try to get her and she screams again and then runs to my closet which is where she screams some more before running into a paper bag I had put in front of her to catch her with because I wasn't sure if she would bite me. Well she calmed down in the bag I put her in the cage she ran immediately to her food and started eating like she wasn't just screaming like she was being murdered. And then I go to give her a treat and she immediately runs to my hand I put the treat down for her and she came back to my hand. Like I'm so confused was she actually scared or over dramatic because she's treating me like she wasn't just scared out of her mind.

I didn't mean to scare her so bad I just wanted to get her out of the box and into what's her home for now.
