Any recommendations for housing/apartment rentals that ISN'T concerned with collections?
Post Body

Looking for a 2 bedroom first floor. Within the 600 to 850 monthly. Preferably 650\700 if possible. Thanks everyone. It isn't fun driving an hour back and forth to work. Unfortunately the ONE place I found and liked for the first time in my life rejected me. Everything checked out. In regards to prior landlords, paying the rent, having the money to rent, etc. Just that the thing that I intended to resolve once I had an apartment. The apartment decided it needed to be done prior. I guess working a 15 plus hour day and driving an hour back and forth to work to them is a better option to pay off your debt than being 10 minutes from your job and having more money in your pocket. Well that's water under the bridge. Now I found this community. Perhaps some of you have an idea of the rental landscape. Appreciated. Oh and I've been renting since 2005.
