Hello Red It, I am in a time of great need

Every time I run my CS:GO map in fast or normal settings, it ends up as fullbright.

sv_cheats 1 and mat_fullbright 0 have failed me, there are no leaks, interlopers.net has found nothing and there are no alt p problems to hint me toward my mistakes (aside from telling me there is no player start while there are 20 of them). The map works fine in HDR settings but also I'd like to be able to actually test the damn thing on fast every now and then.
