Looking for a recipe

So a bunch of years ago, I was in Hamburg and I had something called a "Hamburg Steak" which was chop steak with stuff in it. It wasn't a hamburger (they made that very clear before I ordered it, since I guess most Americans can't read an English menu, sorry). I loved it but could never find the recipe. I try googling it every so often, I never find it. Is there any chance that you guys know what I am talking about and know the recipe?
