Professional services to fix bugs?

Has anyone of you reported bugs that won’t get fixed in the near future? We have and support told us so. Since my account manager doesn’t respond to my emails I’d like to ask the community if any one of you has ever payed for professional services so that your bug report gets implemented/fixed.
Usually I wouldn’t even consider to pay for this but it really stops our dispatcher from being more productive.
