Hi guys, I took the time and wrote a quick guide on how you can connect 3CX to HaloPSA server-side. This allows you to see the names of incoming callers and also gives you a button in 3CX to open up the contact in HaloPSA.

It also enables you to search for HaloPSA users/contacts directly from the 3CX webclient and even from the mobile app.

It ain't much but it's honest work.

Edit: They seem to have an official guide for this with the template generator, but doing it the way I described is very very easy if you already have a database RO account
