So it appears that audio logs are not tied to specific locations, I was going around collecting audio logs and when I came across a few guides that list specific audio logs at specific locations, this is not the case.
For example, Spartan Audio Logs for Evacuation, there are 7 total logs for evacuation, but the order in which you collect them doesn’t matter, if you look at a guide that says audio log 7 is at a specific location, and you go there and it’s not collectible, it means another audio log in that series hasn’t been collected by you, and you must figure out which area you haven’t visited.
