What modern or retired weapon systems would help the UNSC fight the covenant that aren't implemented in lore/games/show?

Personally, I think something like a scaled down anti-tank rifle would be extremely effective in taking down brutes and elites in engagements farther than 40 meters. See link: https://youtu.be/xfWQh4s24-0?si=WY26p9dr11hZ0-QM This large of a projectile with such energy would almost definitely one shot the larger covey forces. They are portable, easy to operate and have already seen production/use.
