Anyone else getting sick of these terrible challenges?

I'm sure not everyone agrees with me, but my idea of a challenge is not 45 CTF wins in a week. That's legitimately dedicated 4-5 hours a day to just CTF, and you still may be on a terrible team. It's like 343 doesn't realize that not everyone has days to spend on halo to complete them.
/rant. Sorry, I'm sure I'll be downvoted and such but they really need to reconsider some of these.
