Anyone on here attempt this?

Needing advice. Using the adhesive on the tiles with mixed results. I did try hotglue but that was even worse than the adhesive and those fell off quick. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if they used something like superglue. The tiles stick but not sure how durable this is (not very just from what I have done, and its alot of work). Thanks
