Cobbler or shoe repair?

Hello everyone! I would like to ask if anyone knows a good cobbler or shoe repair shop? I have 20 year old boots which my mum gave me and although they are still in somewhat good shape, there are a few things like the hardware and the insole that I would like to have fixed. If you could give me some ballpark prices as well that would be helpful so I can put some money aside to have these beautiful boots restored/enhanced. Thank you!
