Basement Leak Disclosure

I bought a house brand new 7 years ago. I have now noticed there is a crack in the foundation. This leak predates the recent monsoons. It is apparent the builder was aware of this issue as you can see the plastic tubes used to inject the crack.
Nothing was disclosed to me at the time of offer/closing.
What would you do? Is is worth my time to try and have the builder foot the bill.
