I am tired of the narrative that Dessaline was indiscriminately killing โgoodโ white people after the independence was declared. Here is a copy of the decree he ordered on February 22 to kill the โpetit blancโ agitator who was terrorizing the newly created state in order to reinstate slavery. Any thought on the decree??

This book was written by a British Soldier in 1805 who spent time with the revolutionary leader during the uprising. He detailed every aspect of haiti history until 1805.
