I completely understand people wanting to specialize in certain aspects of hair, but I feel like it’s getting engraved in some clients heads that if someone doesn’t clearly state they are a blonding specialist they write them off as being able to do blondes?? I don’t exactly understand and not sure if that fully makes sense but yeah
Idk why it said change I meant come see me again

I just like to call myself a color specialist bc I really prefer color corrections but that includes blonding and lot of color theory but I love blonding. Highlights are like muscle memory to me. I just wish people would educate clients more I guess
I did a giveaway and a new client won, but she came in with very porous hair and I did my absolute best to make it a nice pretty blonde without damaging it anymore and she went and made a post about wanting to find a blonde specialist “that knows what their doing” and etc etc. I just don’t know why people have it engraved that that labels adds more than someone just calling themselves a hairstylist. I actually prefer blonding and pride myself on them but again like you guys don’t wanna just say I do that.
I just feel like I can do blondes but I’m not gonna limit my outreach by just calling myself a blonde specialist. I just say a color specialist but even still people are like “I want a blonde specialist”
