I recently went to Vegas for a business trip and did some searching but couldn’t find anyone offering a topless haircut. Kind of shocked, because I’ve seen places like exposed or whatever. So it go me thinking, was that a short fad that died? Does anyone know of anyone still offering that near them? I've been searching my home location and can't find one either. I know it's a small group of people that have this and most don't understand it, but I just get laughed at when I bring it up.
