Battery question

Hi, sorry if i'm being annoying,
I finally was able to patch the dsdt to get battery working, but for some reason status updates are delayed. If i unplug the charger, it'll take 30 seconds before it will start showing as "discharging". if i plug it in it'll take the same amount of time to say "charging". It's more of a slight irritation than a breaking bug. Any fix?
