Big issues after replacing motherboard

My laptop motherboard crapped out so I replaced it with the same exact model with the same exact specs.
I started my laptop up and first off, it’s super slow. I reinstall Windows and update the bios. I use my Clover USB, try to boot into the installer, and I keep getting 🚫. I tried all the ports and it’s the same thing. I go into verbose mode and get APPLEUSBHostPort:ForcePowerGated and AppleUSBXHCI:interruptOccured messages.
