CSRUTIL

So I need help. Kind of lost. Any input is appreciated.
Mojave 10.14.2 vanilla install
Ran CSRUTIL disable from recovery partition.
Restarted.
Clover came up, no bootable volumes present.
Booted from another disk with a back up EFI partition.
Still no bootable volumes.
What the actual fuck happened? I really don’t know how it could all just not mount. Can’t boot into recovery to even run the command enabled.
