Hi,
I just recently got the security update and seem to be running into some issues. I have a Dell Studio XPS 8300. It runs a 2nd generation i7 processor, and uses a Realtek sound card. Previously it was running Sierra and El Capitan smoothly with sound. But after the update, I appear to be running into issues. When I install my Audio driver, I get a kernel panic with AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement. Reinstalling the NullCPUPowerManagement seems to do it. When I attempt to install both together (NullCPUPowerManagement and Realtek ALC 887b/888), it kernel panics again. Any ideas on what to do?
